EXISTING REPRESENTATIVES

PRICING: All Representative Pricing and Discount Structure shall be obtained from the Company.

SAMPLE POLICY: Samples shall be made available to major retail centers through key management personnel on a case by case basis.

CO-OP PROGRAM: Co-op programs are available. For detailed information and a co-op kit, call SHOWERDENT® and speak to our Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

RETURN POLICY: SHOWERDENT® Units may be returned within 90 days of sale, with proof of purchase, with a restocking charge of 25%. The units must be in the original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. The units must be sent back, freight prepaid and a “Return Authorization Number” is required.

CREDIT POLICY: Terms – Net 30 Days /2% 10 Days
1-1/2% Per Month Late Fee on all Unpaid Balances

MINIMUM ORDERS: 2 Cases. Each Master Case Holds 4 Units

No DFI Sales. If any units prove to be defective, they must be returned to the company for replacement.
